Work in the scanner/communications "industry" with one of the leaders in scanner, software, publications and accessory sales, and scanner product development.

Scanner Master, based in Natick, is entering its 30th year in business and we're growing rapidly. We're looking for hard-working, multi-tasking-capable people who love scanners/communications to fill the following full-time positions:

Customer Service Rep

Work directly with customers interested in purchasing scanners and accessories. Help them choose the right scanner, software, antenna or accessory for the area and for their business needs. Take phone orders; process web orders; pick-pack-and ship orders; and handle various clerical duties. Excellent phone and computer/typing/web skills a must.

Sales & Marketing Manager

Scanner Master is the North American master distributor for a number of hardware and software lines. Oversee Scanner Master product sales via trade shows, wholesale catalogs, and more. Scanner Master along with Butel also provides custom software applications for the news media and other industries. Scanner Master has created custom communications hardware products for the medical community and consumer radio products for everyone. Scanner Master also will be offering new software applications for the public safety market. Manage the marketing and sales of these and other interesting products as part of our team. 5+ years sales and marketing experience and a college degree a must. Those candidates with sales and marketing experience in the public safety and/or communications marketplace are particularly encouraged to contact us.
