On the broadcast end TotalRF (the folks from
PA who do the whole camera pool and ESPN2 feed...they bring the special camera
trucks, motorcycles, the helicopters and all the Microwave and RF stuff to pull
off the video feed) is again using a whole bunch of frequencies that they have
licensed for a few days here. They have an STA UHF TV ch 15

What we had before the Race:
The BAA has had Nextel as an official sponsor for the last 5 years and almost
all official communication has been there for some time. They do have an Amateur
Radio Net of volunteers for Medical stations and general race route info as
well.
